Welcome to Lapbros Infotech. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our laptop, desktop, and IT equipment rental services offered across India. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
If you do not accept any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Company Overview
Lapbros Infotech is a laptop and computer rental service provider based in Mumbai, India. We specialize in short- and long-term rentals of branded laptops (Dell, HP, Lenovo), desktops, workstations, and accessories for corporates, businesses, individuals, startups, and government agencies.
We operate across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, New Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, and pan-India from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
2. Rental Agreement
By renting equipment from us, you agree to the following:
A rental contract will be signed, including details like rental duration, equipment type, rental charges, security deposit (if any), and pickup/return terms.
The renter is responsible for keeping the equipment in good condition.
In case of damage, theft, or loss, the renter shall bear the liability or pay for repairs/replacement.
Rentals are non-transferable without prior written permission.
3. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and pickup are offered at your specified location. Charges (if applicable) will be communicated upfront.
Equipment must be returned in working condition at the end of the rental term.
Delays in return may incur additional daily rental charges.
4. Equipment Usage
All rented systems are to be used strictly for legal, non-harmful, and ethical activities.
Pre-installed software under Microsoft SPLA Licensing must not be tampered with.
You are not allowed to sell, sub-lease, or alter the hardware/software setup without approval.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
Prices are quoted based on rental duration, device brand, specifications, and whether the equipment is new or pre-used.
Long-term contracts may receive discounts based on quantity and duration.
Full payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted modes of payment: Bank Transfer, UPI, Cheque, NEFT, or Cash.
6. Warranty & Support
All equipment is tested before delivery.
Basic support is included during the rental period.
Any hardware/software issue must be reported immediately for prompt resolution.
In case of malfunction not caused by the user, we offer quick replacement or onsite support.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Rental orders once confirmed are non-refundable after dispatch.
Cancellations before dispatch may incur administrative charges.
Security deposits (if collected) will be refunded after the successful return and inspection of the equipment.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, brand, layout, etc.) is the intellectual property of Lapbros Infotech or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Loss of data due to user action or hardware/software failure
Indirect or incidental damages arising out of equipment use
Delays in service due to factors beyond our control (e.g. transport strikes, natural disasters)
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Mumbai courts.
11. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued usage of our services implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
